摘要: Oscillator strengths for f ..-->.. transitions in Pm/sup 3 +/, Sm/sup Eu/sup Tb/sup Dy/sup and Ho/sup each molten LiNO/sub 3/--KNO/sub 3/ eutectic at 160/sup 0/C, have been measured. Based on these results, parameters of the Judd--Ofelt theory electric-dipole were computed. Together with similar other members series published earlier, this permits a systematic computation absorption radiative relaxation properties entire indicated solvent. Taking +/ as an example, computed rate is compared that observed experimentally, nonradiative mechanisms quench fluorescence are discussed. 1 figure, 8 tables.
