摘要: The bacterial membrane exhibits a significantly heterogeneous distribution of lipids and proteins. This heterogeneity results mainly from lipid-lipid, protein-protein lipid-protein associations which are orchestrated by the coupled transcription, translation insertion nascent proteins into through (transertion). Transertion is central not only to individual assembly disassembly large physically linked groups macromolecules (alias hyperstructures) but also interactions between these hyperstructures.
