摘要: Rearrangement of the separated V, D and J segments immunoglobulin heavy light chain genes is an ordered regulated process essential for production diversification antibodies in mammals1. Only one allele gene locus found functionally rearranged normal B cells. The second either non-functionally ,or incompletely rearranged, a phenomenon known as allelic exclusion. Recently, we2 others3 have shown that expression μ introduced into germline mice leads to inhibition rearrangement endogenous genes. It has been suggested also exerts positive influence on kappa rearrangement4. Here we show δ able prevent could promote κ rearrangement.
