摘要: The sustainable energy services aim to reduce the use of fossil and meet electricity needs un-electrified area or remote area. Fossil has been used for ages. amount it is reducing that causes high prices in market. In order overcome this problem, should be promoted, particular developing countries where a huge resources are available. A viable tool which supports activities on knowledge management (KM) system. However, there some hidden practical problems current KM system energy: lack dept knowledge, limited budget turn over specialists. This paper will present new with integrated web GIS delivery promotion energy.
