摘要: Apple pomace is a by-product from the apple processing industry and can be used for production of many value-added compounds such as enzymes, proteins, nutraceuticals, among others. An investigation was carried out to study improvement in protein content by solid-state fermentation using fungus Phanerochaete chrysosporium tray method. The effect this terms how it enriched animal feed pigs has also been studied. There 36% increase experimental diet with 5% w/w fermented pomace. efficiency conversion ingested food increased 43.5 ± 2.5 83.1 4.4 control group 55.4 4.5 92.1 3.6 during experiment. Similarly, on odor emission greenhouse gas results demonstrated that enrichment solid state cultivation P. makes possible use dietary supplement pigs.
