摘要: Changes in cell number (hyperplasia) and size (hypertrophy) the brain liver are described for mice subjected to 24 generations of age-specific restricted index selection rate development body weight. One treatment (E) altered between birth 10 days age, another (L) involved changes 28 56 while a third control (C) random selection. Each was replicated three times. These treatments focused on intervals during ontogeny when different developmental processes (hypertrophy or hyperplasia) were more predominant growth. Significant weight occurred at both 70 age. Early generated significant cells later had no effect since stopped growth before initiated. For liver, early late produced effects size. results describe dynamic multidimensional aspects terms its ability alter cellular components complex morphological traits.
