摘要: Summary Learning is correlated with the assembly of new synapses, but roles synaptogenesis processes in memory are poorly understood. Here, we show that mice lacking β-Adducin fail to assemble synapses upon enhanced plasticity and exhibit diminished long-term hippocampal environmental enrichment. Enrichment-enhanced disassembly dynamic subpopulations synapses. Upon enrichment, stable depended on presence β-Adducin, involved phosphorylation through PKC, both were required for augmented learning. In absence enrichment still led an increase spine structures, at those spines was compromised.
