摘要: Humans are capable of selecting information that is goal-relevant. Irrelevant (distractor) information, however, typically not filtered completely and impacts on responses to the goal. Recent theories selective attention indicate distractor interference is determined by perceptual load a visual display availability cognitive control mechanisms (working memory load). It unclear which mechanisms assist efficient how irrelevant distracting rejected. Using go/no-go task (Experiment 1) search 2), this series experiments examined processing in visual selective attention.
