摘要: Herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV-1) is composed of complex structures primarily characterized by four elements: the nucleus, capsid, tegument and envelope. The an important viral component mainly distributed in spaces between capsid development genome editing technologies, such as identification temperature-sensitive mutations, homologous recombination, bacterial artificial chromosome, CRISPR/Cas9 system, has been shown to largely contribute rapid promotion studies on HSV-1 protein. Many researches have demonstrated that proteins play crucial roles gene regulatory transcription, replication virulence, assembly even interaction with host immune system. This article briefly reviews recent research functions specifically elucidates function infection, then emphasizes significance using technology providing new techniques insights into further infection future.
