摘要: In recent years, a variety of studies have been conducted towards the goal achieving regeneration central nervous system using neural stem cells. However, various complex factors are involved in regulation cell differentiation, and many unresolved questions remain. It has reported that after spinal cord injury, intrinsic cells do not differentiate into neurons but astrocytes, resulting formation glial scars. Based on reports expression IL-6 receptor is sharply increased acute stages injury may serve as factor strongly inducing differentiation we examined effects an antibody to cases found indeed suppressed secondary (caused by inflammatory reactions) scar formation, facilitating functional recovery. this paper, present data from investigation discuss relationship between signals injury.
