摘要: Male mice of the DBA/2J strain were treated with mutagen procarbazine and mated C57BL/6J females. Offspring parents then analyzed for electrophoretically expressed mutations. A control group, not treated, was also examined. Two mutants probably due to induction identified, several spontaneous origin found.
