摘要: This paper considers the case of Bangkok where, as in many Asian cities, expansion urban areas has outpaced ability public entities to manage and provide basic services. One potential way improve capacity neighborhoods assist provision or improvement environmental services is enhance positive contributions provided by local social networks capital. A conceptual framework presented explore role management polluted environments. followed a brief description methodology survey instrument used collect information from sample community households an analysis results this regarding practices, action, networks. Some suggest that increasing number interactions residents experience associated with increased participation as, apparently, knowledge about what happens waste water after it leaves community. Local education efforts focus on useful impacts may well be effective encourage participation.
