摘要: Amylolytic activity was primarily cell associated when Clostridium acetobutylicum grown on glucose or maltose and extracellular dextrin starch. Total amylolytic decreased with increasing concentration. When this microorganism in P2 medium containing starch, the intracellular 90% membrane bound 10% cytoplasmic nature. The addition of 1% to 2% starch-based at different stages growth indicated that carbohydrate repressed synthesis C. enzymes level transcription.
