摘要: Abstract Human Neutrophil elastase (HNE) plays a great role in immune responses and inflammation, is associated closely with lung cancer acute injury (ALI). Accurate detection of its activity imperative to understand biological function diagnosing the disease states through monitoring dynamic changes. Herein, we report new NIR fluorescent probe (F-1) large Stokes shift (182 nm). Probe F-1 featured high sensitivity (LOD ~ 5.6 ng/mL), good selectivity, low toxicity bright emission triggered by HNE. Moreover, was successfully applied as an indicator track HNE A549 cells. Thus, may be excellent tool for detecting enzymatic preclinical applications NE related diseases.
