摘要: A B S T R C Objective: To identify infusion related reactions (IRRs) of medications. establish the causality relationship between drug and IRRs to assess severity IRRs. Methodology: The required data were collected from various sources such as patients' case reports, treatment charts through direct patient interview. obtained was evaluated for their according Common Terminology Criteria Adverse Events v4.0 (CTCAE).The causal reaction established by using Naranjo scale WHO assessment scale. Results Discussion: total 75 reported in six months period. Most developed patients receiving anti-cancer agents antibiotics are next them. According out 30% probably have a with remaining 70% possibly given Severity 3% certain, 39% probable, 52% possible 6% unlikely. Based on (CTCAE) revealed that 28% at grade 1, 57% 2 13% 3 severity. Conclusion: Infusion monitoring is important it may prevents complications which occur future. Awareness infusion-related necessary, risk factors associated these clinical implications.
