摘要: Disc hemorrhage is a characteristic finding that highly associated with glaucoma development or progression. Consequently, the literature commonly designates disc as "risk factor" for progression; however, exact cause-and-effect relationship mechanism remains unclear. In this review, we discuss emerging evidence secondary follows glaucomatous damage. As our understanding of has progressed in recent decades, suggest terminology be changed from to "indicator" ongoing progression more accurate description, better indication clinical implications and, ultimately, guide future research.
