摘要: The emergence of the modern corporation has resulted in professional managers developing into a significant group actors society. Consequently, it been argued that owners have lost control their corporations to managers. This had already pointed out 1932 by Berle and Means, was further stressed scholars such as Burnham 1941, later, post-war period, Galbraith (1967) Marris (1964). However, studies managerial work, Carlson (1951), Mintzberg (1973), Stewart (1967), among others, also noted top appear limited work. In addition, recent management multinational found headquarters difficulties controlling activities subsidiaries worldwide operations.
