摘要: An estimate of the nuclear data radionuclide decay is necessary in order to determine most reliable (“best” or preferable) value characteristic considered [1]. The majority characteristics, with exception halflife, which estimated only from a set results direct measurements, are related one another by different balance relations known scheme. After recommended (estimated) has been obtained using statistical procedures, can monitor reliability (consistency) these independent measurements estimates several key quantities. These include absolute probability P γ emission intense γ-radiation, total energy Q and intensities KX LX x-rays. procedure presented below combines three methods monitoring consistency values radiation characteristics radioactive nuclides. list monitored includes radionuclide, energies probabilities transitions, internal conversion coefficients, α-particles, electrons, γ-rays, x-rays, certain atomic constants (fluorescence yields). verified on number practical when compiling standard handbooks for large group widely employed radionuclides [2‐6]. It corresponds rules procedures used international cooperation Decay Data Evaluation Project (DDEP). This representatives world’s leading metrological laboratories [7‐11]. 1.
