摘要: In most sexual organisms, including isogamous, anisogamous and oogamous uniparental transmission is a striking universal characteristic of the organelle (plastid mitochondrial) genomes (DNA). Using genetic, biochemical molecular biological techniques, mechanisms (maternal parental) biparental have been studied reviewed. Although to date there has no cytological review genomes, cytology offers advantages in terms direct evidence can enhance global studies genomes. this review, I focus on mechanism inheritance by “active digestion male or female nuclei (nucleoids, DNA)” which among anisogamous, organisms. The existence since evolution eukaryotes may imply that cell nuclear genome continues inhibit quantitative organelles recombination.
