摘要: From the lipopolysaccharides of Vibrio cholerae strains Inaba and Ogawa, an unusual amino sugar was isolated. By sequential oxidation with sodium metaperiodate hypoiodide by periodate followed detection acetaldehyde formed, characterized as a 2-amino-dideoxyaldose. The hydrochloride compared those 2-amino-2,6-dideoxy-d-glucose, 2-amino-2,6-dideoxy-l-galactose, 2-amino-2,6-dideoxy-d-mannose, 2-amino-2,6-dideoxy-d-gulose, 2-amino-2,6-dideoxy-d-allose in acid analyzer. The alcohols were studied paper electrophoresis molybdate buffer. From results obtained identified 2-amino-2,6-dideoxyglucose (quinovosamine). Its optical rotation indicated it to be d-configuration.
