摘要: Brucellosis is one of the most common zoonotic epidemics worldwide. Brucella, etiological pathogen brucellosis, has unique virulence characteristics, including ability to survive within host cell. Hfq a bacterial chaperone protein that involved in survival under stress conditions. Moreover, hfq affects expression large number target genes. In present study, we characterized and regulatory patterns genes during brucellosis. The results revealed highly induced macrophages at early infection stage late mouse infection. Several related virulence, omp25, omp31, vjbR, htrA, gntR, dnaK, were found be regulated by BALB/c mice. Gene cytokine secretion analysis an hfq-deletion mutant different profiles compared with 16M. Infection protective immune responses against 16M challenge. Together, these suggest its deletion significant attenuation which response caused Brucella By regulating promotes Brucella. characteristics mutant, decreased induce upon infection, it represents attractive candidate for design live attenuated vaccine
