摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mono-pegylated (pegylated PEG), and di-pegylated interleukin 10 (IL10) composition, to method for using the same.SOLUTION: The present invention provides of producing mixture mono- IL-10, wherein at least one PEG molecule is covalently attached amino acid residue subunit comprising: a) reacting 1 mg/ml 12 IL-10 protein with an activated PEG-linker such that ratio 1:1 1:7.7, in presence 0.75 mM 35 reducing agent, pH about 5.0 7.4 temperature 5°C 30°C, 12-15 hours; b) purifying IL-10.
