E-government adoption research: an analysis of the employee's perspective

摘要: This paper works toward analysing the employee's perspective of e-government adoption literature. The purpose this is to provide a review current literature pertaining electronic government research in order observe basic trends and highlight promising lines inquiry. Of an initial search resulting 448 articles published between 2000-2011, 134 were found discuss services from included our study. these articles, 77 reported qualitative research, 52 quantitative, five activity belonging both categories. findings suggest that there currently relative lack theoretical development rigor area, although many aspects such as job relevance, security, perceived benefits, anxiety, quality are clearly significant far concerned, they have not been investigated their potential, remains much opportunity for researchers shape develop field. Restricting analysis constructs frequency may full picture relevance constructs.
