摘要: Abstract Adipose tissue is a large endocrine organ able to affect whole-body homeostasis by interacting with other organs, tissues, and cell types. Alterations in adipose function during aging affects age-related conditions such as ectopic fat deposition, cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, inflammation, cancer. composition are influenced several signals, including growth hormone. Growth hormone not only has an important role development but also intimately related aging. In fact, reduction action mice humans extends lifespan protects from age-associated disorders diet-induced diabetes Conversely, increased have decreased longevity more susceptible diseases. major target of it mass, distribution, cellular composition, function, inflammatory fibrotic status. this review, we examine the possible mechanisms which hormone's effect on modulates comorbidities.
