摘要: High-resolution continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry (HR-CS AAS) is probably the most innovative technique in field of since introduction inductively coupled plasma mass (ICP-MS) 1980s. Although it uses basic principle (AAS), i.e. radiation by atoms gas phase, HR-CS AAS should not just be considered an improved AAS, but a new with impressive number features. player and has to compared all other techniques that are available. We give short historical about development 1960s, although was only 1990s, when components essential for proper performance this became Theoretical considerations treated extent necessary understand difference between LS (line spectrometry) AAS. This followed comprehensive treatment instrumental details from over high-resolution monochromator array detector, giving also insight into control functions guarantee troublefree operation. The special features discussed detail order make possible comparison spectrometry. One these possibility determine nonmetals, such as phosphorus, sulfur, halogens using molecular “lines”. In Section 5, shown combination graphite tube atomizer, rugged trace-element determination currently available.
