摘要: The GABA system is an active target for drugs to treat a variety of disorders and the availability indirect measure central activity would not only enhance psychiatric research, but also permit assessment pharmacodynamic effects designed act on this system. relationships between plasma baseline pre-drug concentrations cognitive impairments induced by acute oral dose lorazepam (0.5 1.0 mg) were investigated in 22 healthy elderly individuals. Partial correlations controlling revealed no significant relationship levels lorazepam-induced tests functioning. Plasma concentration does appear be useful marker susceptibility benzodiazepine-induced toxicity elderly. Other approaches estimating should pursued.
