摘要: Plasmonic nanostructures have been recently investigated as a possible way to improve absorption of light in solar cells. The strong interaction small metal with allows control over the propagation at nanoscale and thus design ultrathin cells which is trapped active layer efficiently absorbed. In this paper we review some our recent work field plasmonics for improved We two ways integrating nanoparticles cell. First, Ag that improves standard antireflection coating used crystalline amorphous silicon has designed fabricated. Second, regular random arrays couple waveguide modes thin semiconductor layers. Using large-scale, relative inexpensive nano-imprint technique, back-contact trapping surface a-Si:H show enhanced efficiency randomly textured
