摘要: Objective: It was the aim of this study to evaluate diagnostic utility Notch-1 immunocytochemistry in distinguishing endometrial glandular and stromal breakdown (EGBD) from adenocarcinoma cytology. Study Design: Samples normal endometrium, EGBD were subjected immunocytochemical staining for Notch-1, we examined labeling index (LI) (the ratio intranuclear Notch-1-positive cells total cells). We compared (1) LI (2) between endometrium adenocarcinoma, (3) adenocarcinoma. Results: In analysis item 1, 32.9 ± 8.4, 19.4 8.2 12.5 7.5% proliferative secretory atrophic respectively. 2, 45.2 7.4%, which significantly higher than that endometrium. 3, 31.3 8.3%, lower Conclusion: conclusion, is a useful method carcinoma
