摘要: Purpose – To report a recently completed study on enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation in Korean manufacturing firms.Design/methodology/approach An online survey was conducted (with e‐mail invitation and telephone call reminder) to collect data from 306 firms.Findings This presents the issues related ERP firms, including pre‐implementation activities, experiences, system configuration, benefits, future direction. Additionally, results are compared those previous studies US Swedish firms.Research limitations/implications The focused one industry Asian country which perhaps limits application of its generalized other industries or countries.Practical implications this present discuss both similarities differences among Korean, US, ...
