摘要: Considering the current energy consumption worldwide, it has become increasingly important to study effects of urban heat island on in order improve environment. This paper investigates impact Urban Heat Island (UHI) and also determines which factors can directly affect use city. The UHI knowledge literature are reviewed, as well how consumption. This explores literally conceptual framework confliction between population structure, produce intensity affected balance. It is then discussed these two be gives implication city then, focuses whether actions should taken for balancing adaptation mitigation effects. will concluded by making the three strategies minimise consumption: providing an appropriate landscape, using materials external surfaces buildings areas promoting natural ventilation.   Key words: Energy consumption, quality life, island, temperature.
