摘要: In the present study effects of machining parameters on average surface roughness (Ra) in electrical discharge turning (EDT) is investigated. EDT a new process which rotary spindle added to conventional die-sinking EDM machine order produce cylindrical components. this method parameter (spindle rotation) along with pulse time and current introduced its effect Ra. This has been done by means full factorial design (21 × 32) experiments. A mathematical model developed for Ra regression analysis factor were analyzed using variance (ANOVA). Signal-to-noise ratio used find optimal condition.
