摘要: We determined the mortality of adult tick Dermacentor silvarum Olenev after it was exposed to five entomopathogenic nematode species: Steinernema carpocapsae BJ (Sc BJ), S. glaseri NC32 (Sg NC32), ceratophorum D43 D43), feltiae Otio (Sf Otio) and Heterorhabditis bacteriophora E-6-7 (Hb E-6-7). All species had lethal effects on ticks, caused significant decreases in amount eggs laid by engorged female ticks (P < 0.05). Among them, Hb Sc were most pathogenic with mortalities ranging from 70 90% Engorged females more susceptible than unfed partially fed females. The cumulative for 14 days 90%, LT50 at 6.3 7.0 days, respectively. Dose-dependent effect observed oviposition they nematodes concentrations 1000–5000 IJs/dish. When concentration higher 5000 IJs/dish, dose dependent ...
