摘要: Inhibition of electrophoretic cell migration using cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) directly was investigated by the modified MEM (macrophage mobility) and TEEM (tanned sheep erythrocyte tests, respectively. An inhibitory activity macrophage slowing factor (MSF)--one in vivo lymphokines--in CSF established cases multiple sclerosis (17.5 +/- 3.8%), neurolues. The value this MSF assay turned out to be significantly different from remaining inflammatory ailments nervous system (10.1 6.8%). Results other neurological diseases were found very much lower (5.1 4.2%). It seems important, for immunopathogenesis diagnosis neuroimmunological with enhanced cellular immunoreaction, evaluate CSF. To characterize active (and serum) these fluids fractionated gel filtration chromatography as well supernatants lymphocyte-antigen incubation MS patients. main inhibition mobility eluated same fraction fluids. could shown that units have a molecular weight about 15000 Daltons; lies below those lymphokines.
