摘要: The concentrations of thiamin and monophosphate diphosphate in plasma whole blood samples were assessed six healthy subjects for 12 h urine 24 following an IV PO bolus dose 50 mg HCl. Unphosphorylated increased rapidly after administration then decreased to its initial value within all but one subject; the half-life was 96 min. Thiamin mono -diphosphate moderately (56%), slowly; 664 Within h, 53% administered recovered urine, indicating a restricted distribution. After oral administration, peak concentration reached 53 min had 179% value. elimination 154 min, only 2.5% given urine. relative bioavailability 5.3%. A moderate amount stored blood. Other body tissues must play important part, therefore, distribution thiamin.
