The Supply of Energy from and to Atmospheric Eddies

摘要: This paper extends Osborne Reynold’s theory of the Criterion Turbulence, to make it apply case in which work is done by eddies, acting as thermodynamic engines a gravitating atmosphere. For simplicity, air supposed be dry. The gist solution contained equations (4·15) and (5·3) below. Some analogies thermodynamics are then introduced, including conception an eddy-heat-per-mass, its diminution when expands. These conceptions helpful discussing manner eddies diffuse.
