摘要: Aggressive cancer cells gain robust tumor vascular mimicry (VM) capability that promotes growth and metastasis. VE-cadherin is aberrantly overexpressed in vasculogenic regarded as a master gene of VM. Although microRNAs (miRNAs) play an important role modulating angiogenesis metastasis, the miRNA targets expression to inhibit cell-mediated VM enigmatic. In this study, we found miR-27b levels are negatively co-related ovarian VM, demonstrated could bind 3'-untranslated region (3'UTR) mRNA. Overexpression aggressive cell lines Hey1B ES2 significantly diminished intracellular expression; convincingly, inhibitory effect be reversed by specific inhibitor. Intriguingly, not only effectively suppressed migration invasion, but also markedly inhibited formation capillary-like structures vitro generation functional blood vessels mice. Together, our study suggests functions new inhibitor through suppression expression, providing potential drug candidate for antitumor anti-ovarian therapy.
