摘要: Abstract The filamentous fungi Trichoderma reesei is widely used in the production of cellulolytic enzymes and recombinant proteins. However, only moderate success has been achieved expressing heterologous proteins T. reesei. Light-dependent control DNA transcription, protein expression have demonstrated bacteria, fungi, mammalian cells. In this study, light inducible transactivators, a “light-on” bidirectional promoter “light-off” were constructed successfully for first time.
