摘要: Abstract Fluorite-type Sr1−xRxF2+x (R = Er, Yb, Но) phases were precipitated from aqueous citrate solutions. Compounds in the series formed 5–9 nm weakly-agglomerated powders and/or colloidal Surfaces of such nanoparticles modified situ by complexes. The phase composition, morphology and size affected several factors, including R:citrate Sr:citrate precursor ratios, pH initial solution concentrations, choice fluorinating agent (HF or NH4F), order starting material addition, thermal treatment conditions, etc. All synthesized specimens characterized X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry analysis (TGA), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) techniques.
