摘要: Surgical neck fractures are frequent. Elderly patients with osteoporotic bone typically affected. Conservative treatment seems to be the of choice for undisplaced and minimally displaced fractures. For fractures, current literature generally supports surgical treatment, but there is no consensus on technique. Functional demand, age, quality, fracture characteristics (type entity displacement, comminution), associated lesions must considered as a whole define best treatment. Current identifies closed reduction percutaneous pinning, locking plate fixation, intramedullary nailing most suitable alternatives. Angular stable nails plates commonly used techniques, particularly younger active patients. There very few studies comparing clinical radiographic outcomes almost comparable between two techniques. Minimally invasive techniques applied success both implants these if deltoid-splitting approach performed. The role CRPP may limited avoid nonunions in elderly low-demanding
