摘要: Objective Early-life nutrition plays a key role in establishing healthy lifestyles and preventing chronic disease. This study aimed to (1) explore healthcare professionals' (HCP) opinions on the acceptability of factors influencing delivery interventions promote infant feeding behaviours within primary care (2) identify proposed barriers/enablers delivering such during vaccination visits, inform development childhood obesity prevention intervention. Design A qualitative design was employed using semi-structured telephone interviews. Data were analysed content analysis; findings also mapped Theoretical Framework Acceptability (TFA). Setting Primary Ireland. Participants Twenty-one care-based HCP: five practice nurses, seven general practitioners, three public health community dietitians medical officers. Results The is influenced by availability resources, HCP's roles priorities, relating communication relationships between HCP parents. Proposed barriers enablers visits include time constraints v. opportunistic access, existing trust parents potential issues. Barriers/enablers TFA constructs Affective Attitude, Perceived Effectiveness Self-Efficacy. Conclusions provides valuable insight into perspectives prevention-focused settings. While promising, as coordination clarity resource allocation need be addressed ensure involved delivery.
