摘要: Abstract This study focuses primarily on the business operating departments (hereinafter, DMUs) of a case telecom company Company) in northern and eastern areas Taiwan. In 2007, Company finished first stage its reorganization by consolidating 14 DMUs into 12. 2011, completed second 12 remaining 8. This intends to explore effects each Company’s efficiency ranking various DMUs. The results show that became more efficient after reorganization. Moreover, new DMUs, A6, A7, B7 increased post-consolidation. suggests both stages were necessary. findings this could help other companies design strategies for future consolidation units, thereby maintain their competitiveness continued growth.
