摘要: Plants have developed multiple regulatory mechanisms to respond and adapt stress. Drought stress is one of the major constraints agricultural productivity worldwide recent reports highlighted importance plant sRNA in response adaptation water availability. In order increase our understanding roles depletion, cultivars sugarcane were submitted treatment ceasing drip irrigation for 24 hours. Deep sequencing analysis was carried out identify regulated leaves roots with different drought sensitivities. The pool selected allowed classes (miRNA siRNA). Twenty-eight 36 families conserved miRNA identified leaf root libraries, respectively. Dynamic regulation observed expression profiles eight verified samples from three biological replicates by stem-loop qRT-PCR assay using cultivars: SP90–1638 - sensitive cultivar- and; SP83–2847 SP83–5073 tolerant cultivars. Altered correlated changes mRNA levels specific targets. Two libraries individual contrasting drought-tolerance properties also analyzed. An enrichment 22-nt species libraries. triggered siRNA production cleavage their targets depletion. A number genes biogenesis pathway down-regulated genotypes up-regulated depletion treatment.
