摘要: Experiences of co-operation in higher education between Sweden and Estonia within the framework European Tempus projects form basis for a discussion about need intercultural communicative competence working life. Higher reform transitional countries is highlighted as part efforts to integrate systems into area (EHEA). The centralized indifferent Estonian educational system, typical Soviet time, has been restructured, modernized, democratized, with international playing an important role. Programme offered exchange aiming at introduction new courses or curriculum revision, university management reforms, well links hub learning, public private organizations. Meanwhile, become full member EU (2004), whereas continues integrating on waiting list. Further, 28 neighbouring Western Balkans, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, North Africa, Middle East now have chance experiences academics, experts, students from 27 projects. Undoubtedly, extended relations increase demands multi-cultural relations, particularly life, where some obstacles are analysed.
