摘要: The effects of intravenously administered prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) on diabetic mononeuropathy was investigated in three patients with oculomotor palsy. PGE1 (1.0-1.5 μg/day) every morning for 4 or 6 weeks. Diplopia, blepharoptosis and decreased range ocular movement, which were observed admission, immediately began to improve at 1-4 days after the beginning treatment. On final day treatment, none above signs remained cases. present study suggests that improvement intraneural microcirculation by administration results an immediate recovery from nerve
