摘要: STUDY OBJECTIVES To evaluate the efficacy and side-effect profile of off-label sodium oxybate (gamma hydroxy butyrate) therapy in severe childhood narcolepsy-cataplexy. DESIGN Retrospective; chart review. SETTING A multidisciplinary tertiary sleep center.
