摘要: This study evaluated enamel mineral content and surface microhardness before after bleaching treatment using 10% carbamide peroxide (CP) containing calcium (Ca) or amorphous phosphate (ACP). Thirtysix bovine slabs were randomly allocated into 3 groups (n = 12) according to treatment: G1 Opalescence PF (CP), G2 NiteWhite ACP (CP+ACP), G3 (10%) with (CP+CA). The agent was applied on for 6 h/day over a period of 21 days. Enamel by Knoop (KNH) micro energydispersive Xray fluorescence spectrometry (μEDXRF) at baseline treatment. Data statistically analyzed repeated measures ANOVA Tukey's test (α 0.05). There significant decrease in treatments all groups, but no difference between gels. the Ca/P ratio measured μEDXRF times, mean value lower group CP+CA than CP+ACP. Group CP similar both CP+ACP CP+CA. It can be concluded that decreased process, regardless presence ACP, there change each tested gel. indicates gels have erosive potential, causing softening without promoting loss, ions.
