摘要: Experiments were conducted under axenic and natural conditions to evaluate the comparative effectiveness of Enterobacter aerogenes Pseudomonas fluorescens for improving maize growth yield irrigated with synthetic brackish water [EC, 5 dS m -1 ; SAR, 10 (mmol L ) 1/2 ]. In first experiment conditions, normal water, two PGPR strains (S14, E. & S20, P. fluorescens) tested. second in pots, irrigations at different stages along same Brackish significantly decreased growth, whilst bacterial reduced its adverse effects. Interestingly, inoculation was even more effective case as compared irrigation. pot trial, effects salinity on yield. The maximum improvement parameters observed S20 treatment. chlorophyll content K + /Na ratio also improved by strain S20. It is concluded that could be used an tool minimize inhibitory maize. © 2012 Friends Science Publishers
