摘要: serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine; 5-HT) has been shown to produce vascular sympatho-inhibition in a wide variety of isolated blood vessels by activation prejunctional 5-HT 1 receptors. After considering the mechanisms involved modulating neuroeffector transmission, pre sent review analyzes experimental findings identifying pharmacological profile receptors that inhibit sympathetically-induced vasopressor responses pithed rats. Thus, 5-HT-induced be: (i) unaffected physiological saline or selective antagonists ritanserin (5-HT 2 ), MDL72222 3 ) tropisetron 3/4 );
