摘要: The influence of the temperature and sort alloying element on deformation nanocrystalline (NC) binary Al alloys with segregation 10.2 at % Ti, Co, or Mg over grain boundaries has been studied using molecular dynamics. behavior materials in detail by simulation shear various bicrystals grain-boundary impurity atoms, namely, Mg. different orientation studied. It found that Co introduction into NC a strengthening effect due to deceleration migration (GBM) difficulty sliding (GBS). greatly impedes GBM, but stimulates development GBS. In alloy Al–Ti, GBM occurs actively, flow-stress values are close characteristic pure Al.
