Manufacturing hollow obturator with resilient denture liner on post hemimaxillectomy

摘要: A resilient denture liner is placed in the part of hollow obturator base that contacts to post hemimaxillectomy mucosa. Replacing can makes has an intimate contact with mucosa, so it prevents mouth liquid enter cavum nasi and sinus, also eliminates painful because using obturator. Resilient a soft material applied fitting surface order allow more distribution load. case was reported about on overcome these problems.
